Snowpocalypse

We got at least 6 more inches of the fluffy white stuff last night. I am determined not to let winter get me down this year. I had planned to go out and take beautiful photographs and wax poetic about how lovely the snow is.
But then I saw what the snowplow did to my mailbox last night.
Thank goodness for bungee cords.

What? Too many??

The calendar says Spring. The weather says Winter.

Sigh. Normally I would be harvesting wild ramps in our woods for our Seder plate for Passover.
Not this year.
Ah, Spring in Northeast Ohio.

Oh deer. They're hanging out.

Apparently our backyard woods are so comfortable that the deer have decided they can just hunker down and nap there.

I discovered a small herd numbering about seven just, well, loitering there yesterday.  And munching on ground cover.
Yeah, I am sure she saw me. Didn't phase her one bit.

A little kiss.

Have An Ice Day!

The world has an icy coating this morning.
