A Celebration of Hope 2011
A cause near and dear to my heart...
Alzheimer's Disease took my amazing mother-in-law Hope Saltzman away from us in 2005. Every year at this time, the Cleveland chapter of the Alzheimer's Association has a benefit called A Celebration of Hope, which just feels as if it was named for her.
This is the necklace I made for their silent auction this time. It's always an uplifting event, and raises a great deal of money. I pray that one day a cure will be found so that other families won't have to suffer as their loved ones slowly slip away from them from the ravages of this cruel disease.Alzheimer's Disease took my amazing mother-in-law Hope Saltzman away from us in 2005. We miss you, Hope. Thinking of you this Mother's Day with love~

Susan, this is beautiful - thank you for supporting this cause! Alzheimer's took my Dad, too, way too young.
I'm praying with you for that cure!
